TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Head of production team in India, disciplinary responsible for team members

- Responsible for employee onboarding, hiring

- Responsible for resource management and process optimization

- First contact for employees in India

- Regular exchange, reporting and strong collaboration with functional head of production in Germany, joint target and KPI design for team

PREREQUISITES :

- Min. 8+ years professional experience, at least 2 years experience in international team leading

- Qualification in - digital training design production required

- Moodle expertise.
