TUV-SUD - Product Manager - Energy Efficiency Advisory

I. Position Summary:

Developing and managing projects related to Energy Efficiency advisory, energy audit at large scale, Policy intervention with Govt. on demand side energy management; energy M&V; policy intervention.

This position is responsible for managing services auditing and advisory projects mainly in the field of energy efficiency in ASMEA (ASEAN, South Asia, Middle East and Africa) region. In this respect, the position is responsible for managing ongoing and newly awarded projects with suitable qualifications and experiences within the local and global team. Furthermore, this position requires experience in Power, manufacturing industry, real estate, Government department, infrastructure, cement, etc. for advisory and a deep understanding of the market and policies. This position requires previous experience of energy baseline, energy audit, energy benchmarking, policy advocacy, energy management advisory. Based on this knowledge, relevant services will be identified, and new projects be developed.

II. Responsibility and Authority :

1. Head Energy Efficiency business line - Business development, strategy, new products, P & L (profit loss) responsibility, team handling, accreditation, and competency development

2. Manage Energy efficiency advisory related projects: Customer meeting, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, assign resources, scheduling, trace and check technical reporting, invoicing, etc.

3. Sales and marketing activities for energy business in ASMEA (ASEAN, South Asia, Middle East and Africa) region

4. Handling team, developing portfolio, and leadership role
