TUV-SUD - Operation Head/Manager - Civil

- Should have 10+yrs of exp with Civil Engineering in Preparing master schedules for all projects including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, cash flow projections / budgets and periodic monitoring

- Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximize the output

- Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities

- Finalisation of requirements and specifications, project scheduling, material & manpower planning.

- Conducting Quality audit for Engineering-Procurement-Construction. Implementation of QA / QC procedures as per norms and standards.

- Ensuring materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality

- Overseeing a team of Engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks

- Monitoring and supervising the preparation of tender drawings / specifications & finalization of requirements & estimates

- We are looking forward for a sound operation head who has controlled multiple project management Projects from one location.

- The type of Projects ranges from Government to private clients, in infrastructure and building jobs .

- He should be looking after resource planning and mobilization, master planning of Projects, should be acquainted with billing process including quantity assessment and quality control on site . he should be responsible for sales and collection of payments. He should be able to drive the team of 150-200 engineers directly/ indirectly. Should have handled client relationship, should be good in excel and good in written and verbal communication.

- Having said he should have hands on experience on site for at least 1-2 Projects so that he knows the execution challenges . most important should have pleasing personality and leadership quality who can not only handle team but add value .
