- Responsible for the management of sales, and relationships with certain Key Account for Industry service business in India. Key accounts can be from existing client of TUV SUD South Asia or subsidy of international client of TUV SUD group.
- Addition of two key account annually
- Generate sales for a portfolio( Industry Service) of accounts and reach the company's sales target
- Identify new sales opportunities within Key Account to remain a client-account manager relationship by increased selling and cross selling of various Industry Service
- Manage and solve conflicts, issues and disputes (if arise) with clients
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other business line working on the same account
- Manage a minimum 8 accounts PAN India basis with a 2-3 team member ( direct reportee) and with help/coordination of execution and sales team of various business line ( as per Matrix organization structure)
- Target account will be from Indian/subsidy of international big conglomerate engineering company, EPC, Manufacturing company with several sites in India, financial institution, Oil & gas/power project owner
