Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Should be able to Generate Business in Indian Market from Developers, Government utilities, EPC Contractors and Financial Institutions in Power Generation (Coal & Gas fired Projects), Transmission & Distribution as well as Renewable Energy Sector

- Assistance in devising effective Positioning Strategy for the company in Indian markets subsequent to Market Analysis

- Client Management Strategies and conversion strategies for Business Opportunities

- Developing new Clients and Business Partners in Indian Market.

- Assistance in setting Sales Targets for BD Team and monitoring the extent of target accomplishment on Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly basis

- Delivering Presentations to the Board Members on quarterly basis depicting Sales Target and their extent of achievement

- Preparation of EOI & Proposals in coordination with the Engineering group

Key responsibilities :

- Including solar and wind farm project development in the southern India, interacting with industry forums/ Central and State Government and their nodal agencies to develop/refine policy landscape for solar, wind energy, among others.

- Should have Hands-on experience with the global Solar power industry in all aspects related to development of a new business in global footprint from concept to early stages of execution.

- Areas of experience includes strategy development, technology sourcing and tie-ups, contracting/ licensing for technology/ certain major components and service providers, media communication/ exhibition aspects, business development interfacing with global developers, and assistance in evaluating equity funding options for business.

- Should have Good Knowledge of Renewable Energy sector, well-versed with all aspects related to policy/ regulation/ technical/ contractual/ commercial/ across the value chain of generation, transmission and distribution.

- Strong individual feedback from clients on many engagements undertaken, for expert professional assistance
