Job Outline: To develop the business for MHS Business Unit and to drive growth and development for market share, sales volume and profitability by developing client base and implementing business plan and achieve sales targets. To co ordinate with clients and render customer support service. To co ordinate with Finance and accounts and ensure sales proceeds are collected timely and accounted. To be responsible for Sales and business development activities of MHS for whole of South Asia.
Reporting will be to Strategic Head, MHS
Job Description:
1. To develop the Business plan in line with strategic business plan and implement business plan and achieve results
2. To identify potential clients and achieve sales of services such as certification, training and testing related to medical devices and Healthcare sector.
3. To Achieve agreed sales and revenue target
4. To develop and implement marketing programmes in co ordination with group marketing department
5. To co ordinate with operations and ensure technical service is rendered to clients and potential clients
6. To participate in conferences and exhibitions and promote TUV SUD brand and develop client base
7. To ensure quotes are sent to potential clients and negotiate and win orders, in co ordination with operational team.
8. To ensure revenue is collected from clients and financial and accounting activities related to MHS are carried out
9. To maintain MIS data base and provide details as required. To participate and develop sales forecasts
10. To track market intelligence and provide assistance in developing strategies
11. To identify, develop and implement new products and business opportunities
12. To expand and lead sales team, when further business development requirement arises
13. To participate in TUV SUD MHS business development programmes and implement them in co ordination with MHS global marketing and MHS global operational teams
Educational background:
Graduate in Engineering /Science, related biological, biomedical, paramedical fields. Post graduate qualification in Marketing and Business Management will be preferable.
Work experience:
About 5 + years in industry related to marketing of services to medical devices, medical products certification, testing and training activities.

Strong communication, customer focus, strong interpersonal relationship, effective team player, perseverance and follow up with clients, meeting deadlines, Strong initiative,
Professional skill sets:
Techno commercial business acumen, Successful sales and marketing approach, Written and oral communication, Flair for developing and implementing sales forecasts and business plans, ability and willingness to travel extensively, work in transnational cultural environment
