- Transactions Research & Best-Fit Analysis for Inorganic Growth (M&A) Targets

- P&L Financial Ratio Analysis

- MIS related to Financial, Accounting, and Business Development & Project Execution Milestones

- Scanning of New Business Opportunities in Industry Services and its related Sector in India

- Process Improvement and Change Management in Contract & Project Management Software Application

- Coordination with Business Unit and Business Line head( within IS division) and assist VP- IS in making monthly report and various presentations for board.

- Planning and coordination of weekly and monthly review meeting with all BU head on behalf of IS VP
