TUV-SUD - Head - Cyber Security

I. Position Summary :

- Responsible for Cyber security operation, Sales, Profitability for the region.

II. Responsibility and Authority :

1. Market analysis of OT, IOT and IACS cyber security

2. Responsibility of specific market penetration

3. IT Security market research and trend analyzer

4. Sales and marketing work streams

5. Prepare and roll-out new online and offline marketing activities

6. Foster positive relationships with lead-generating market multiplicator and partners

7. Establishment of revenue generating business partnerships with external parties

8. Develop new customer segments and markets for IT security (new and up selling)

9. M&A work streams

10. Identify, research and approach inorganic opportunities aligned with global head of IT Security and Digitization work streams (India only)

11. Digitization of operational processes based on existing software platforms

12. Effectively manage of external and internal stakeholders in all business and product development matters.

III. Education and Experience :

1. Engineering graduate with Master in marketing.

2. Minimum 15 years of IT Security industry experience.

3. Proven sales or business development track record

4. Sales driven, self-motivated and adaptable personality

5. M&A experiences and track record

6. Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
