Head- Business Development (Power Plant Background) (14-20 yrs)
1. Meeting monthly and yearly Sales target for ENS division
2. Identifying potential customer in energy sector for Power generation
3. Hand on experience in selling advisory services like feasibility, PGT, O&M consultancy etc, performance audit
4. Establish good network with power producer, EPC and other prospective clients in power generation
5. Developing new customers for ENS services
6. To Collaborate with technical team to ensure to deliver services as per customer requirement.
7. To Promote existing services in new regions.
8. To Increase market, share by getting new business with proper research and market intelligence
9. Developing customers in T&D Sector for consultancy service
10. Meeting customer and converting leads into order
11. Managing a team of people
12. Generate cross selling within BU
II. Skills requirement
1. Sufficient knowledge of powerplant and services
2. Good communication skill
3. Should have good knowledge of policy framework
4. Customer network
III. Education and Experience
1. BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Power for more than 10+years experience in Business development
IV. Key KPIs :
1. Meeting sales plan for ENS
2. Identification of prospective customer and generate sales
3. Introducing new customer and focusing on advisory services
4. Introducing international clients
5. Developing services like FGD, powerplant advisory, CEMS, W2E
6. Increasing PGT business internationally
V. Specific skills & knowledge
1. Very good knowledge of power sector and related service
2. Customer relation
3. Should have good communication skill and team management
4. Technically sound towards product selling
5. Self-driven and dynamic
6. Exposure to ENS business in market
7. Ability to convert leads into order
VI. Competencies:
1. Knowledge of various advisory services of generation, transmission and distribution
