Profile IT Security - Business Development Manager (Global Level Position)
Responsibilities :
Market analysis :
- Responsibility of specific market penetration
- IT Security market research and trend analyzer
Sales and marketing work streams :
- Prepare and roll-out new online and offline marketing activities
- Foster positive relationships with lead-generating market multiplicator and partners
- Establishment of revenue generating business partnerships with external parties
- Develop new customer segments and markets for IT security (new and up selling)
M&A work streams :
- Identify, research and approach inorganic opportunities aligned with global head of IT Security
Digitization work streams (India only) :
- Digitization of operational processes based on existing software platforms
- Further software developments
- Effectively manage of external and internal stakeholders in all business and product development matters
Requirements all regions
- Minimum Qualification : Master degree (computer and/ or economics)
- Minimum 5 years of IT Security industry experience
- Independent and resourceful able to strategize and work fast-pace environment
- Proven sales or business development track record
- Sales driven, self-motivated and adaptable personality
- M&A experiences and track record
- Excellent organization and problem solving skills
- Able to understand and communicate complex IT/ technical issues
- Excellent IT knowledge and experience in MS office, SharePoint and CRM
- Possess good presentation skills for top management level
- Experience in digitizing internal operational processes and in software development management (India only) is plus
- Traveling is expected
- Local language and fluently in English
