Job Objective (but not limited to): - The human resource generalist is responsible for performing all HR-related activities and will work closely with the Head of India Office and the CTO. Your goal will be to help Turvo's growing team by building the systems and process infrastructure necessary to create a happier work place. - This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, payroll, on boarding, policy implementation, recruitment, employment law compliance and compensation and benefits. - Overall, 6+ years of relevant experience in HR functions. Job Requirements: - Formulating and implementing necessary HR processes and ensuring adherence to necessary compliance. - Providing all the new joiners with a delightful onboarding experience and followed by an engaging employee experience. - Implementation and management of efficient systems related to performance appraisal, compensation/salary review and personnel/management development. - Own employee experience and engagement activities such as Rewards &amp; Recognition and other activities. - Prior experience in working with startups is a plus. - Prior experience with technical recruiting lifecycle is a plus.
