Program Manager
- Conduct market research eventually leading to a business plan to identify new distribution channels and evaluate their business potential
- Build a robust business model, test assumptions and prepare a sales plan
- Create relevant benchmarking study through objective parameters
- Study and define such parameters including gap identification through our technology offerings in the relevant markets.
- Prepare an exhaustive market sizing through such gap analysis
- Assess its execution feasibility and design end to end operational processes to launch a pilot
- Take complete ownership & accountability as the head of this new channel
- Identify, analyze and report on key product performance indicators
- Performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends in data and conduct root cause analysis
- Identify deviations and take quick decisions to mitigate the risks
- Work with various business stakeholders to identify existing process challenges and devise actionable and impactful solutions
Desired Profile:
- Outstanding written/oral communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Well aware of business efficiency techniques and knowledge of executing the same
- Ability to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to make the product successful
- Hands on experience of working with MS Excel and PowerPoint
