Turtlemint is an early stage consumer startup focused on insurance products ecommerce, started by graduates of IIT/IIM and ex-employees of top Internet brands like Yahoo, eBay, and Quikr. What We are Looking For in the Ideal Candidate-

- Someone who things customer-first and loves building products that solve user problems

- Ability to translate customer requirements into user flows, algorithms, and features, and more importantly doing this in a manner that makes it easy for the user to accomplish their goals using your product.

- Ability to converse & connect with engineers, UX designers, marketing & sales teams; be the "Quality (QA)" champion for the product

- Analytical mindset: setup A/B tests, perform various types of analysis such as funnel, cohort, etc.

- Curious about new technologies. Learn fast, evaluate options, and apply knowledge to solve user problems.

- A good sense of prioritization & what matters most (MVP mindset)

- Can lead and drive initiatives independently; a hustler

Ideal Background-

- Experience with launching a consumer internet product; has seen the full product life-cycle

- Engineering/management degree from a tier 1 colleges (IIT/IIM/ISB etc.)

- 2 to 5 years experience in product management
