Turnaround Cost Control Leader/SME

Turnaround Cost Control focal point and SME

- Support front end loading and execution for the turnaround organizations and partner with Site/Regional/Global functions to ensure accurate and predictable cost (forecast) and schedule goals are met for turnaround performance.

- Identify opportunities in innovation or technology that can enhance leveraging, drive efficiency in turnaround Cost Control and execution while reducing overall cost to serve.

- Partner with Practitioners Network, Subject Matter Experts, and other groups representing Cost Control interests of turnaround organizations.

- Provides guidance and consultation for turnaround manager and TA leadership to ensure productivity efforts are quantified and documented using playbook and best practices that positively impact cost and cost control for turnarounds.

- Partner with Sites/Organizations on implementation of Cost Control aspects of productivity efforts that positively impact cost and cot control performance for turnarounds.

- Identify opportunities to implement efforts that enable both Cost Control and productivity improvements.

- Drive consistency and maximize value through the identification of MET work process (Level 6) discipline and tools

- Identify and support leveraging best applications across the region.
