Tupperware - Manager - Information Technology

Responsibilities:

- Strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timelines for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all IT services in line with Industry best practices.

- Analyze Complex Business needs and recommend Technical Solutions and Operational Support.

- Preparation of annual IT Budget for the Organization and perform Periodic Analysis.

- Establish technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations.

- Manage automation projects to improve business and process efficiency.

- Partner with the Sales team to develop and deliver projects related to Web based applications, online systems, mobile operating software/mobile applications and other related projects to improve sales and distribution efficiency

- Design development plans for ongoing integration, upkeep and improvement of IT systems.

- Build and manage a technology team and oversee research and development, as well as project management.

- Responsible for developing and implementing IT policies, SOx and IT Audits.

- To manage the day to day operations of IT systems, ensuring that planning, end-user impact, change management, training, quality management are properly addressed and monitored to ensure that deadlines, budgets and service levels are met and results are delivered.

- To develop and maintain the Major Incident & Business Continuity plan for IT and to implement measures designed to safeguard the IT Infrastructure.

- Responsible for all aspects of IT Infrastructure & Operations.

- To provide solution related to up gradation and maintenance of IT Infrastructure and Data Centre.

- To manage the relationships with (and between) external agencies and suppliers, ensuring contracts and service levels are negotiated in line with strategic aims and are in-line with agreed contracts.

Qualifications:

- MBA or PG Diploma in Information Technology/ B.Tech. in Information Technology / Diploma in Information Technology

- 15-18 years of experience in Leading IT Strategy aligned with Business Vision, exposure to manage Large Scale Projects and Infrastructure.
