Generate Institutional Sales-B2B by planning, designing and executing BTL activities and marketing campaigns to extend brand communication and increase Brand awareness and Brand equity for the region/zone).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and Manage Key Accounts for B2B and Corporate Sales

- Develop potential client base

- Work towards scaling up the B2B channel partners along with building Strategic alliances with multiple sectors like Pharma/Real Estate/Wedding Planners/Automotive sector/FMCG sector

- Continuously design ways to increase corporate sales

- Design and promote cross promotions with other reputed brands

- Cross functional alignment to achieve goals and to maintain delivery timelines

- Develop Strategies for the Alliances, BTL and integrated marketing campaigns

- Develop strategies according to the annual marketing plan.

- Device the medium of communication of campaigns, co-ordinate with the external agency to execute the campaigns (within budgets) and analyze their effectiveness

- Build good rapport with corporate clients and handle their query effectively.

- Strong in both external & internal coordination (warehouse, Finance, Distribution, Client etc.

- In addition the incumbent needs to have experience in handling Trade Sales with Modern trade Outlets / unorganised retail and have experience in managing distribution business in these formats

Includes, but not limited to:

- Ensure the sales are based on the goals and objectives as defined by the Management as per Business Plan. Overall success of this role will depend on the following measures but not limited to:

- % variance in actual v/s planned territory Sales plans and budgets

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Qualification : Full time Graduate / Post Graduate from a reputed institute

Proven Experience :

- Min 10-15 years of experience in managing B2B ,CHANNEL SALES, CSD

- Ability to drive team sales/targets.

- Good in collaboration and team work

- Good communication, self-motivated and good negotiation skill

- Excellent inter personal skills to engage effectively with external and internal team member.

- Ability to work in cross functional teams with tight deadlines

- Working knowledge of System : MS Office

- Experience in : CORPORATE SALES/TRADE MANAGEMENT
