ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive revenue growth, sales budgeting and planning for Direct Selling channel.

- Manager a team of Regional account managers across the country

- Planning business strategy for the regions and implementing it with the team in alignment with the company's vision and core values

- Ensuring sales achievement and growth of regional accounts through the regional account managers

- Prepare action plans for effectively managing relationships and developing regional accounts

- Setting up and driving a strong Customer Service and Operations Organization in a transformation set-up

- Manage & ensure coordination with key stakeholders at the corporate level

Knowledge and Skills required:

- Experience: More than 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Operation with large Indian or MNC. Experience in Direct Selling environment / consumer goods would be highly desirable.

- Qualification: MBA (Sales, Marketing, General) / Post Graduation

Desired Skills:

- Strong Business and Sales & Marketing acumen.

- Strategic orientation - ability to see the future and plan current activities to be in sync with the long term view.

- High EQ and people skills- Interpersonal skills, relationship management skills, influencing and the charisma of a strong leader

- Self-driven and result oriented
