Assistant Manager - Brand & Digital
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize and execute innovative brand campaigns on a monthly basis Design & develop the Sales Force & Consumer promotions Flyers on a monthly basis
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
- Co-ordinate with Products & Promotions team to gather information and develop social media campaigns and define their KPIs
- Update content across various social media channels
- Analyse campaign data and web traffic metrics
- Strengthen relationships with social media influencers and create new engagements to increase brand visibility
- Optimize content coming from global organization according to India strategy Communicate with stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure effective integrated campaigns to reach out masses for brand enhancement
- Stays engaged with trends and developments in social media platforms to maintain expertise in the field
Knowledge and Skills required:
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Content creation skills
- Digital Marketing experience - managing the platforms or managing the agencies
- Preferable from a digital marketing agency with an experience in managing multiple brand accounts during her/his tenure with the agency along with handling digital marketing budget
- Experience with Social media and digital marketing tools and platforms is preferred
Educational Qualification & Relevant Experience:
- MBA-Marketing
- 5 - 7 years of experience in digital marketing and brand role
