TI Metal Forming are leaders in manufacture and supply of value added metal formed components to all automobile majors in India. TI Metal Forming was established in 1965 as a division of Tube Investments of India Limited, which is a flagship company of INR 269 Billion Murugappa Group.

TI Metal Forming is currently operating from four plants, Thirninravur (Chennai), Bawal, Halol and Kakkalur (Chennai). Chennai and Bawal plants are TS 16949 certified. Also Chennai plant is ISO 14001 certified.

A new plant has been set up at Kakkalur for manufacturing hydroformed components. TI Metal Forming has received commendation award for strong commitment to HR Excellence in the year 2005.

Education Qualifications :

- BE / B. Tech (Mech) with advanced qualifications in Quality

Age : around 29 - 35 years

Certification Programs :

- Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2008

- Certified ISO TS16949:2009 Internal Auditor

- Six Sigma - Green Belt (Is a Added Advantage)

Work Experience : About 8 - 13 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities :

Main Responsibilities :

- Continuous Improvement of quality management systems

- In process quality

- Customer Complaint handling

- Quality Instruments handling

- To be responsible for Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality

- To conduct Internal Audit periodically & Management Review

- To conduct Continuous Improvement activities

- To improve the customer satisfaction level

- Customer quality- handling customer complaints

- Suppliers quality

- Development of quality plans and ensuring its implementation.

- Handling of non - confirming products

- Regular interactions with customers to understand their quality requirements

- Experience in handling 100 ppm levels will be desirable

- Continuously train, guide, coach and motivate the team
