Job Description:
Role : Regional Sales Manager
Reporting Into : GM - Sales
Location: Delhi
Education : Graduate in Pharma / Physiotherapy/ Science / Nursing
Experience: At least 10 - 12 years in ortho implants (Joint Replacement, Spine, Trauma)
CTC Range: INR 11 - 14 Lac per Annum
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To Structure team to tap into the market potential for Joint replacement products
- To identify relevant team members and support them to effectively achieves sales objectives
- To maintain the effective relationship with surgeons, hospital staff, and channel partners
- To effectively channelize resources in pursuit of organizational goals
- To support team sales team members and ensure their continuous development in terms of technical knowledge and service orientation
- Be up to date with market information including competitor strategy and pricing, marketing activites, surgeon engagement plans, new product introductions and other relevant information and activities
- Identify, Conceptualize and anchor marketing events and conferences
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- B. Pharm / BPT / B. Sc. Nursing with at least 10 -12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Ortho implant (Joint Replacement, Spine, Trauma) products, of which at least 3 years in Regional Manager or Senior Area Manager Role.
- Demonstrates strong competencies in product technologies and related surgical procedures
- Has established a good network of surgeons and hospitals in relevant markets
- Competent in educating & converting surgeons and establishing market share for new products/ technologies
- Demonstrates the high level of service orientation and energy levels to provide best-in-class service and support to surgeons and patients
- Capable of motivating, and developing team member to perform and excel.
