TTK HealthCare - Manager - Corporate HR - OD/L&D

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Corp OD/L&D for all business verticals of TTK Healthcare (Consumer Products, Pharma, Animal Health, Medical Devices, Foods)

2. Facilitate Corp HR programs such as PMS, Talent Management, OD Interventions

3. Facilitate Leadership Development and Coaching

4. Manage and deliver L&D programs

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Full-time MBA/MSW/M Sc

2. Has 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a Corp HR role

3. Has exposure to facilitating workshops and delivering training

4. Has good exposure to PMS, Talent Management, Employee Engagement etc.,

5. Has exposure to HR technology and converse with Ms-Excel, Powerpoint

6. Has exposure to Assessment/Development Centres, Coaching, etc.,

7. Exudes high energy levels to connect with managers and diverse workforce - manufacturing, sales, etc.,

8. Be open to travel and make field visits for 5-6 days in a month

9. Ability to speak Hindi would be an added advantage
