Responsibilities :
- Recruitment of sales & marketing resources as well other departments
- Drive core HR processes such as PMS, Talent Management, L&D, Engagement
- Make regular field visits pan-India, and address employee grievances, mobilize workforce
- Work closely with Business Managers in identifying, nurturing and retaining talent.
Required Candidate profile :- MBA/MSW/MHRM
- 6-10 years with good experience in Sales HR with Pharma/FMCG/FMCD companies
- Good experience in recruitment, engagement and core HR processes
- Can speak Hindi fluently
- Ready to travel across India
