Role: Growth Marketing Lead

Founded in 2023, by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, Truva aims to build the most delightful and trustworthy home-buying experience in India (akin to Spinny for Homes). Their comprehensive home buying platform enables the buyer's journey end to end, right from the discovery of great houses and arranging home visits, to ensuring all legal and financial support. Their offering has enabled them to build the company profitably from Day 1 and raise from marquee investors.

Role Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Lead to spearhead our efforts in attracting more home sellers and buyers to our platform. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging both digital and physical/hyperlocal channels to drive growth. This role is crucial for our expansion strategy and requires a blend of creative marketing, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing or growth roles, with strong analytical skills, media buying / content distribution experience and exceptional communication abilities.

What you'll do:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to attract home sellers and buyers to the Truva platform.

- Identify and leverage both digital and hyperlocal marketing channels to effectively reach target audiences.

- Create and manage effective marketing campaigns across online platforms, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.

- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand presence and drive referrals.

- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize growth strategies and identify new opportunities.

- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.

- Monitor and measure the performance of all growth initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data and feedback.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies.

What we're looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Growth or Digital Marketing roles, ideally in consumer startups or with large ticket size products

- Proven track record of successfully driving customer growth through digital and hyperlocal marketing channels, including media buying, agency management and content distribution; looking for someone who can drive on ground execution, and not just strategy

- Strong analytical and design thinking skills, to establish systems to track and optimize growth efforts

- Exceptional track record in past jobs / academics (Startup experience + Tier I undergrad / MBA is a plus)
