Work Experience (highlight):
Professional from a mutual fund with 4-6 years of experience in retail sales.
Core Purpose of the Role:
- Onboard network of key MFD's, intermediaries.
- Responsible for promoting our Funds and capabilities to distributors as suitable, to be able to analyze the asset allocation of distributors to customize the approach in accordance for focused selling.
- Visibility with the distributors through calls, 1-on-1 meeting, regular dissemination of marketing material (Fact sheets, Brochures), mailers, group meetings with distributors RM/clients of distributors.
- Should be effective to the needs of distributors in term of Product Updates, Query resolution and ensure proper follow up etc.
- Take steps for development of long term relationship/association with the key/potential distributors in order to generate repetitive business.
- Gather market intelligence and find out the strategies to counter competition in the market.
- Create brand awareness by organizing events, conferences, product sessions for distributors for top-of-the-mind recall.
- Ensuring that the distributors are trained on all products and operational procedures and informed on the Regulatory fee on regular basis.
