Roles & Responsibilities

Content:

- Creating / Implementing functional and behavioral programs

- Curating / Creating / Monitoring learning journeys based on emerging training needs / manager feedback / organization skill development needs

- Design and develop eLearning programs / setting up knowledge academies

Coordination & Logistics:

- Managing / Scheduling various training events

- Facilitate / Support webinars and online sessions / workshops

Learning Technology:

- Be part of the team to identify and deploy a viable learning technology solution

- Responsible to implement, administer, market and overall adoption of the learning solution

Database Management:

- Creating / Maintaining / Analyzing the Learning Database, Dashboards, and Reports

- Generating Market Intelligence based on new technology / competitor preferences / etc

Marketing Management:

- Internal Communication / Templates for promoting the development agenda
