- Maintaining Relation
- Maintain the relation with customers and efficient use of existing customers for new references and sales.
- After Sales Services
- Providing after sales services and follow-ups
- Solving Customer Issues
- Tacking initiatives for resolving customer issues and providing proper solutions
- Payment Follow up
- Follow up with Customer for timely payment.
- Coordination and Supervision
- Coordination with Customers,CREs,Co ordinators,Engineers and different departments related to various works and getting the work done efficiently
- Documentations,Calculations,Mailing and Communications
- Preparing Quotes,Letters,Confirmations,Contracts etc. mailing and communications.
- Sales & Work Reports- MIS
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports/Daily Work Reports & MIS
