- Manage the existing relationships by exploring value addition for our NBFC .
- Develop and build new strategic partnerships with our NBFC.
- Identify new areas for business growth by researching industry and related events
- Developing individual sales goals and ensuring they are met
Key Skills
- MBA with 10+ years of experience with any NBFC or Digital Lending organisation.
- Deep understanding of lending products (especially digital lending).
- Experience of interacting with stakeholders across the digital lending, and NBFC leadership
- Excellent communication skills with collegial attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships
- Proactive & self-motivated, willing to take the lead and provide quality leadership to Sales team.
- Experience of both traditional and digital lending excluding lending for from Prime to NTC segment (ex. Prime, near-prime, sub-prime, new to credit)
