Responsibilities :
- Design efficient retention strategies and policies to optimize employee attrition rate.
- Talent Management : Identify and develop talent acquisition policies, career pathing and programs that focus on employee development.
- Develop, initiate and maintain innovative and effective programs for workforce retention.
- Performance Management System : Manage the Performance management system and implement ways to boost morale and performance of employees.
- Conduct Organizational Health Surveys and preparing and implementing Action plan to improve the same.
- Build organization culture based on core values of organization
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 8-10 Yrs of experience in handling Talent Management Role.
- Advance knowledge of excel & ISO process needed
