Job Description : Mid/Senior Management - Candidate should be able to understand our infra needs and build to scale the whole IT eco-system. - Manage our day to day IT operations. - Candidate will also be involved in assessing and hiring talent to grow the IT team as required. - The role requires high innovation and problem solving skills to deal with a demanding startup environment. - Candidate should be aware of GDPR and its implementation. - The role involves access to and handling of highly confidential data pertaining to projects of large financial corporations. - Will report directly to the leadership team. Experience : - 4+ years of experience in Banking/Financial sector preferred. - Leadership experience in IT roles is strongly preferred. - Relevant education in IT related fields (Computer Science or related). - MBA is preferred, not required. - Salary no bar for perfect candidates.
