Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify new leads through various channels (networking, cold outreach, online research).

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals.

- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations.

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market reach and access new opportunities.

- Develop and manage partner relationships.

- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

- Analyze market data and provide insights to inform business development strategies.

- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity.

- Track and report on business development activities and results.

- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance.

- Prepare regular reports for management.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to support business development efforts.

- Provide feedback on product and service offerings based on market insights.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

Skills:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of sales and business development principles.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Strong networking skills.

Education:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a specific industry or domain relevant to the company's business.

- Experience with SaaS sales.

- Experience with international business development.

- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
