Business Head
Location: Bengaluru[In-Office]
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of working experience with startups
Salary: - 15L per annum[+ESOPs]
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Takeover and handle end-to-end servicing and experience of existing clients of Troopod
- Takeover the existing sales pipeline from the founders and start working on it
- Set business goals, design strategy, implement and iterate for goal achievement
- Setup end to end sales and servicing processes and optimize them to improve quality and reduce cost & time
- Capture insights from clients and take active part in iterating the product
- Support the product team by participating in experiments and bringing in the client and market perspective
- Develop and implement product GTM with the product team
- Hire, manage and grow your own team based on business requirements
Core Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales[product preferred]
- Experience of handling the end to end functions of a business[Sales, Servicing, Success, Growth, P&L]
- Should have been part of at least one 0 to 1 product journey[initial stage to PMF stage]
- Have built teams from scratch and scaled them[at least 15 members]
- Community or Marketing experience is preferred
- Great brand connections in India and USA is a plus
- Should love staying updated with industry trends and networking is a very strong point
- Vision to build something that creates impact in the life of billions of users across the world
- Dedicated and Committed to work towards achieving the short and long term goals and vision

We provide an SDK that integrates with the Brand's product helping them activate community engagement features In-App.
"By Integrating our SDK, Zomato can launch and run communities of their Customers, Restaurants, or Delivery boys on their own App rather than a 3rd party platform like Telegram"
We are doing paid pilots with Byju's, Niyo Global & Mensa Brands and have a pipeline of 30+ Top Indian Brands[Yourspace, DriveU, OneCode, etc.] interested in integrating our SDK in the next 6-9 months
