Designation: Senior Account Manager
Role Summary:
- The Account Manager is expected to maintain and develop client relationships and oversee the teams engaged in handling client service inquiries via digital media channels.
- This position works closely with all cross-functional groups to ensure overall client satisfaction and retention.
Job Description:
- Ensure work adheres to strategic direction of client and meeting the metrics set
- Lead client meetings, including strategy, presentation of new creative work, POVs, and analytical reports
- Facilitate resolution of any issues on client work
- Assess opportunities and competitive activities for clients
- Implement industry best practices and share digital trends with clients
- Collaborate, as needed, with external agencies to support client work
- Deliver projects within scope, identifying potential overages along the way
- Manage internal and external client expectations
Key Requirements:
- Solid understanding of digital concepts and proven ability to apply them effectively
- Strong understanding of marketing best practices
- Excellent presentation skills with proven success in presenting ideas to clients
- Exceptional communication skills - both oral and written
- Strong relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and action-oriented
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team to deliver great work
- Ideally, 3+ years of Account / Project Management experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in any faculty
- Must have worked with at least 3 different sectors ( eCommerce, Television, Lifestyle)
- A keen interest in Television shows
