BASED LOCATION : Chennai/Delhi

QUALIFICATION Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Marketing

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content:

- Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

- Coordinate with HR, business, PR and design teams to illustrate articles

-  Creating, Proofread and edit blog posts before publication

-  Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems

-  Write clear PR/ Media, marketing copy to promote our products/services

-  Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

-  Promote content on social media

Social Media :

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content

- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Other responsibilities:

- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

- Four to five years of experience writing health care related content for digital and print to support marketing, branding, thought leadership and sales lead generation.

- Creative, innovative, outside-the-box thinker with a passion to create world-class content.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Strong proofreading and editing skills, very detail-oriented.


- Fluent in social media platforms with an understanding of best practices across digital channels.

- Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas.
