Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop social media strategies that are in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Plan, execute and manage social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Write and edit social media posts, articles, and other content.
- Use creative elements like images, videos, and infographics to enhance content.
- Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to LinkedIn, to maintain a strong online presence.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media data and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Track and report on social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
