Job Description:

- We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee daily rental service operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.

- The role involves team leadership, asset management, client relations, and project execution to drive seamless operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily rental service operations, ensuring smooth workflows.

- Implement and enforce safety protocols for both material and manpower.

- Supervise and lead teams, ensuring high productivity and motivation.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations to maintain client satisfaction.

- Monitor rental asset conditions, ensuring availability and optimal functionality.

- Ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime.

- Track project expenses for cost-effective operations and resource allocation.

- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients.

- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, issues, and resolutions.

- Supervise site supervisors, engineers, and workers, ensuring efficiency and timely task completion.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 5-6 years of experience in Project or Operations Management.

- GWO Certification (Preferred).

- Strong team leadership and communication skills.

- Expertise in safety protocols and compliance management.

- Ability to handle client relations and conflict resolution.

- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Experience in equipment maintenance and asset management.
