Tripta - Product Manager

Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned product management professional who can spearhead the development, launch and continuous improvement of the core B2B E-commerce technology product and act as the technology owner with Category, Supply chain and other internal and stakeholders

Qualifications :

1. Bachelors in Computer Science and Masters in Computer Science or Business Management from a premier institute with overall 5 years of experience

2. At least 3+ Years as a core E-commerce Product owner in a tech-centric organisation

3. At least 1+ Years experience working on Adobe Magento platform

4. Strong team leadership skills and managing external stakeholders

5. Experience in Waterfall & Agile methodologies for product development

6. Supreme Analytical skills and strong data orientation

7. Extremely high customer centricity Responsibilities :

1. Create and own the charter to continuously optimize and upgrade a world class B2B e- commerce product

2. Create and own the charter for creating or leasing all ancillary tools and products for Order Management, Hyperlocal fulfilment aggregator and Warehouse management systems

2. Own the complete product life cycle from conceptualization to MVP release, scaling the product and improving it by incorporating market learnings over continuous development cycles

3. Define, Measure and analyse metrics for the success of the products and report on the same to the leadership

4. Define the overall product strategy in terms of building in-house vs outsourcing coding requirements- Streamline processes to improve efficiency in building product solutions.

5. Drive Platform metrics in line with Input goals in coordination with business counterparts

6. Effectively manage multiple competing product priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines.

7. Work with cross functional teams (Data Science, Business, Operations, Analytics) to strategize, implement and execute short term and long-term product and business roadmaps.
