Head - Operations

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, own and develop long and short-term strategic direction and plans on Operations in a B2B Ecom environment.

- Lead in expansion activities, building Width and Depth of City launches.

- Ownership (Responsibility & Accountability) towards planning and implementing the business-Operations strategies.

- Initiate and implement an innovative environment and high-performance culture to provide competitive edge for the business.

- Creating and owning SoP with clear objectives of company's performance and growth.

- Prepare, own and implement annual budget and OPEX/CAPEX for the business operations.

- Leading, negotiating on logistics management from 3PL and local trucking partnerships.

- Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes

- Establish and Manager Warehouses in identified locations. Managing Warehouses processes and inventory/material management: end to end.

- Recruit, manage, lead and Mentor skilled talent in the function

- Manage overall daily operations and ensure that daily/ weekly/ monthly targets set & met.

- Influence the product roadmap, plan with the tech team and coordinate to deliver as per the product roadmap. (Order Management System, Warehousing Management System etc)

- Lead relationships with partners, vendor and other stakeholders
