JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and customizing solutions to meet the business needs of our clients.

Your expertise in Dynamics NAV/Business Central will be essential in guiding the team and ensuring best practices are followed.

PRIMARY SKILLSET:

- Experience: Minimum 4 years in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Dynamics NAV/Business Central architecture, development, and customization.

- Proficiency in C/AL, AL, Power Platform, and other related technologies.

- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central certifications are highly preferred.

- Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including scoping, budgeting, and resource allocation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions that meet the business requirements of clients.

- Project Management: Oversee the implementation process, including planning, scheduling, and managing project resources to ensure on-time delivery.

- Requirements Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and define the scope of the project.

- Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics NAV/Business Central applications to align with client requirements.

- Integration: Develop and implement integration solutions with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, including developers, consultants, and other stakeholders.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before deployment.

- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution design, architecture, and user guides.

- Training & Support: Provide training and support to clients and end-users, ensuring they are comfortable with the new system and its capabilities.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
