Mumbai - 1 Position
Experience: Min - 3 years to Max - 5 years
Sales Analyst (60%)
- Drive market coverage activity through continuous monitoring of quantity and quality of field visits.
- Responsible for enabling sales team to reach out to all key accounts across business segments through extensive data-driven approach.
- Prepare sales forecasts; collect and analyze past data to evaluate current sales goals.
Marketing (40%):
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and help sales team to reach out to qualified leads.
- Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media pages that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess ROI on Marketing spend.
Good to have had people with experience of working with a start-up.
Key skills:
- Candidate with similar experience would be preferred
- MBA/ Post graduate in Marketing or Equivalent (Top tier B school)
- Strong analytical bent and bias for action
- Good commercial knowledge.
- Should be able to work independently.
- Should be process oriented.
Salary offered: 5 - 7 LPA
