What You'Ll Be Doing:
Client Interaction:
- Gain a deep understanding of the client's business goals, challenges, and market positioning
- Offer strategic guidance to improve e-commerce platforms and elevate customer experience
- Create personalized e-commerce solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the entire implementation process of e-commerce projects, from initial concept to final completion.
- Capability to fully take responsibility for the client's success.
- Conduct discovery workshops and product/release demonstrations.
- Participating in UAT
Product Owner Responsibilities:
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals and customer needs.
- To effectively translate business needs into functional specifications, detailed use cases, and acceptance criteria,
- Ability to map and provide functional solutioning for business needs with platform capabilities
- Overseeing the integration of e-commerce platforms with other business systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Creating User Stories and release notes
- Participate in sprint grooming
- Provide clarifications to the development team on requirements, as needed
Perform quality assurance:
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Ability to understand data and perform mapping between various systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration Responsibilities:
- Communicating project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings and presentations to ensure transparency and buy-in.
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Independently communicating with clients about requirement clarifications, scope changes, and providing walkthroughs of releases
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to development team
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
What We Need In You:
- Graduate / Post Graduate with 10 plus years of experience in IT.
- 6 plus years as Business Analyst/Product Owner/ Consultant in retail and ecommerce domain
- Must have run discovery workshops with clients in the past
- Someone with Magento/ Kibo/ Shopify/ Workarea project experience is preferable.
- End to end project experience, not only Support and Maintenance
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Perform Gap Analysis to identify the gaps between Business requirements and platform OOTB features
- Ability to clearly articulate the problem statement that will drive communications driven towards a solution.
- Analytical and Data Driven Mindset and Approach
- Understanding of data and their relationships
- Understanding of Google Analytics and GTM tags
- Basic technical understanding of API's
- Certification in Business Analysis or related topics will be an added advantage
- Empathy to customer and business problems
