More than 12 years of IT experience having more than 5 years in IT project Management specially ECM Project

- Actively involvement in project management processes including estimating, planning and execution. Helped project execution teams in making decisions

- Highly capable of handling simultaneous multiple projects

- Successfully practiced various project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, Incremental etc.

- Experience in analysis, design, development and other facets of Software project development

- PMP certified from PMI

- Expertise in function point analysis based size estimation and WBS estimations

- Planning and scheduling using MS Project, Quality management using CMM and ISO methodologies

- Maximum team size managed is 40 professionals

- Extensive customer facing experience and has an excellent track record of delighting the customer.

- Should have mentoring, motivational and leadership abilities

- Believes in adding business value to every proposition

- Should have knowledge of CMMi and ISO 9001:2008 processes
