Experience : 7+years of experience in Collections (SME, BL, PL, etc.)
Job Specification :
- Real Estate experience is preferred.
- Highly aggressive, Focused approach, Positive attitude, excellent negotiating and convincing skills
Education : Graduation / PG / MBA
Role Specification :
- Good team handling experience.
- Negotiate Payment Schedules & payment plans that suit their current financial situation while still satisfying the debt.
- Act as the liaison between company and customers and manages overdue accounts.
- Ensure Proper Planning and Collection of Overdue for effective Recovery through execution.
- Advise customers on their various payment options.
- Drive collection strategy, prepare action plan and manage the complete recovery as per collection process
- Obtain the Proof of Payments and follow up with relevant departments/Clients to ensure the money is being received and allocated.
- To provide updates to concerned departments when customers fail to meet their payment agreements or when no payment agreement can be made.
- Follow up with clients whom Notice of default has been served to them. Co-ordinate with Vigilance for legal cases for collections
- Achieve Collections Target with end-to-end customer support
- Manage complete customer lifecycle with high quality touchpoints
- Coordinate with Sales & Banking team for customer support
- Adherence to protocols, SOPs and SLAs
- Conduct Collection Review periodically as specified time to time and keep the management updated.
