Technical Product Manager
Overview:
Our RPM business's Product Manager / Technical Product Manager will spearhead product strategies, development, and execution to enhance our heart failure solutions. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical teams and business objectives, ensuring our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust technical background, capable of driving innovation and growth within our heart failure segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the heart failure product line, aligning with Tricog Health's mission and business objectives.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and scaling. Work closely with engineering, design, and clinical teams to ensure products are built to specifications and meet user needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the heart failure segment. Use insights to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, including healthcare providers and patients, to gather feedback and insights. Translate customer needs into product features and improvements.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical liaison between the product team and engineering teams. Ensure technical feasibility and guide the development of innovative solutions.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to meet product milestones. Utilize agile methodologies to adapt to changing priorities and market demands.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product line. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, clinical, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in healthcare technology or the heart failure domain.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product development cycles and bring technology products to market.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and work closely with engineering teams on complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
