Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement the COE's strategy, goals, and objectives related to [specific area of focus, e.g., talent development, diversity and inclusion].
Best Practice Development: Research, identify, and document best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends in [COE focus area].
Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in collaboration with HRBP colleagues.
Collaboration and Communication: Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between the COE and HR teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
Project Management: Lead and support COE initiatives, ensuring successful execution and delivery of key milestones.
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, providing HR support and solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Talent Management: Partner with COE teams to implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, on boarding, performance management, and succession planning.
Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures.
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on change management strategies and ensuring smooth transitions.
Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR and business processes.
