RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Serve as the first point of contact for client-centric teams (including client partner and delivery teams) seeking to identify appropriate experts and critical content to address emerging client needs

- Develop, organize and maintain information in the form of knowledge assets in a Knowledge Management System

- Improves the effectiveness of content by analysing user data, redefining data classification, improving content quality.

- Ensure core practice/industry documents, including qualifications and proposal materials, subject overviews, Trianz points of view, and case and reference materials are up-to-date, of high quality, and readily available

- Actively harvest references, use cases, and sharable IP from client partner and delivery teams using standard KM processes and infrastructure

- Define, maintain and execute the knowledge plan for a practice or industry group, including establishing metrics and measurement targets

- Identify and connect subject matter experts throughout Trianz using:

- Online collaboration tools

- Live interactions (including webcasts, conference calls, and in-person meetings)

- Facilitate ongoing interactions among experts to advance the knowledge agenda of the practice/industry, including managing individual knowledge development efforts where appropriate

- Manage the practice /competency / industry content hub to showcase core content and expertise

- Lead dissemination of knowledge content to ensure broad exposure to key audiences throughout Trianz, and where appropriate, on externally-facing sites and discussions

- Drive innovation to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness

KPIs :

- Content holdings growth and impact:

- Availability and quality of core content, including qualifications and proposal materials and Trianz points of view

- Number of reference cases identified and use

- Number of internal users utilizing community knowledge documents

Business impact :

- Number and dollar-value of deals closed that utilize community support

- Win rate for deals that utilize knowledge community resources

- Sales funnel growth through knowledge community support

- Amount of community collateral utilized on deals

- Stakeholder participation and contribution

- Number of users that produce new and /or improved knowledge artifacts

- Participation by internal users in practice/industry calls and events

- Number of analyst / SME connections made

Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

- Typically 15 - 25 years total experience. MBA with a BE / BTech preferable

- Experience in knowledge development and management for IT services domains

- Deep Domain experience (Consulting / Pre-sales / IT Services / Market Research) in the following areas: Cloud, Analytics, Security, Digitization, IV&V

- Application Development and Management, Systems Integration services experience

- Strong storyboarding and executive presentation skills

- Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills

- Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives.

- Knowledge of and ability to manage statistical analysis and modelling

- Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies.

- Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and influence.

- Superior group facilitation, interviewing, and influence skills

- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting

- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, teambuilding, conflict resolution, and management.

- Strong storyboarding and executive presentation skills - ability to independently draft and present collateral like points of view, client deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies.

- Ability to identify and draw on research (primary / secondary) and if needed, analytical tools and techniques to develop creative approaches and new insights to client issues.

Salary range: 18 - 25 LPA
