Responsibilities :
Summary :
- Timely interaction with inbound leads and effective nurturing covering business and technology conversations, with ultimate objective of conversion to Marketing Qualifies Leads and hand over to Business Development team
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up; outbound email may be a channel in specific scenarios
- Research inbound leads to gain strong understanding of the prospect and plan a custom and targeted response
- Understand prospect needs and requirements
- Explain the service / solution details to build interest and provide necessary answers to gain confidence
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Assess the requirement considering the Marketing Qualified Lead criteria
- Transition the MQL to business development team for further development and closure; continue to provide support as needed
- Leads that do not immediately qualify as MQL should be nurtured over time
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Skills :
- Proven inside sales experience for technology services
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong business understanding of technology services (Infrastructure-Cloud-Analytics-Digital-Security): one per each area
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Pardot and Salesforce.com
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
