Digital Delivery Lead - G6 Should have driven digital technology projects on .net, mobility, rich UI experience

- Good exposure to DevOps, Service oriented architecture Should have good understanding of architecture patterns, design led development. Deliver programs and own customer experience.

Own Client Success - relationship, understanding their business / pain points and solutions

- Develop high performance teams - motivation, assessment, identification and incentivising star performers. Lead detailed execution of programs ensuring a high-quality bar, timely delivery, and attention to detail.

- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. Influence various stakeholders in driving implementation of client programs

- Drive continuous improvement through data driven approach Balancing (conflicting) needs of client, organization, people.

- Ability to sell idea to client, team members, and other stakeholders Ability to make winning / compelling presentations.

- Should have prior experience on handling multiple projects simultaneously, preferably across different technology and locations
