About the Role:

We are looking for a strategy and execution focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who is a great leader and coach.

This person has experience at high-growth B2B tech companies and can own all areas of B2B tech marketing, including but not limited to: Product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, branding, public relations, analyst relations, channel marketing, marketing analytics, and events.

As a member of our Executive team reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO is responsible for the company's core marketing strategy and shares the responsibility to drive growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Conceptualize, develop, and propagate a 'hybrid Digital Transformation Software & Services' brand identity.

- Position Trianz as an innovative, tech-driven force, which accelerates digital transformations!.

- Drive conceptual thinking and create expert marketing strategies aligned to customer and partner needs.

- Leverage analytics and AI to develop and execute overall marketing vision/strategy aligned with shortand long-term objectives for our services and platforms BU's.

- Drive digital marketing initiatives geared towards growth, brand recall and TOMA.

- Map growth channels, including existing clients, new logos, and strategic partnerships with industry giants like AWS, Azure, Google, as well as SI's/MSPs.

- Drive demand generation activities and campaigns for dynamic non-linear business development opportunities.

- Oversee marketing budgets, strategically allocating resources, and optimizing expenditures to attain maximum return on investment (ROI).

- Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive excellence in marketing execution.

- Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values, and maintaining consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

Who you are:

- Progressive experience of 18-20 years in leading technology organizations.

- Must have relevant experience in both software and services businesses, ideally as the CMO of a business unit.

- Ability to develop, articulate and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Be the driver for brand positioning, differentiation, and brand equity to enhance market share and brand awareness.

- Ability to optimize multi-channel marketing efforts of the team to reach target audiences effectively.

- Monitoring and analysis of market trends, consumer insights, marketing analytics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

- Ability to lead strategic partnerships and collaborations with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify brand reach and awareness.

Education: Post Graduation in Marketing/MBA from a Premier institute like IIM/ISB/XLRI or any top Business school.
