Project/Land Acquisition

1. Originate, evaluate, and present land opportunities.

2. Working with IPCs, local intermediaries, investment bankers, NBFC's, and potential companies for sourcing and maintaining appropriate deal flow.

3. Initiate and follow through the pre-term sheet and post-term sheet legal and technical due diligence process.

4. Meeting with landowners to discuss deal terms, negotiate and closing of transaction terms.

5. Working closely with the management to present deal structure, funding plan and ensure all internal approvals are sought

6. Assisting/coordinating the entire deal process including due diligence, preparing Investment Memorandums for management, deal documentation right through till deal closure. Help in building long term relations with external stakeholders and maintaining a relevant network to ensure excellent market intelligence.
