About the Department:.

TresVista's Research and Investment Services (RIS) provides a wide range of services to enable decision-making and improve the operational efficiency of our clients based across geographies and asset classes, including asset managers, advisors, corporates, and entrepreneurs.

RIS offerings include detailed market and industry analysis, investment research, deal support, and ongoing portfolio performance tracking, amongst other services, all designed to assist clients in optimizing their strategies and making informed investment decisions.

By leveraging skilled professionals and deep industry insights, and integrating into the client's value chain, the service line helps streamline processes and enables clients to focus on their core competencies.

The Role & Responsibilities:.

Product Management.

- Overseeing the strategic direction and working closely with the Research and Investment Services (RIS) Business head on managing the P&L for various client segments (private equity, investment banking, hedge funds, secondaries etc).

- Building the growth strategy to meet medium and long-term goals through deep understanding of client segments and trends.

- Working closely with Sales/ Account Managers to understand customer pain points and refining the product/delivery.

- Implementing marketing and pricing strategies to increase share of wallet and improve market penetration.

- Driving initiatives to improve in productivity and efficiency by leveraging technology and automation.

- Implementing innovative scalable customer success initiatives to improve client integration.

- Implementing quality controls processes to enhance client experience.

- Partnering with sales and relationship managers on business development activities and actively participating in pitches and RFPs.

- Actively partner with sales and marketing team to design effective strategies.

- Identifying compliance and other operational risks and working with relevant stakeholders to put in place relevant controls.

- Collaborating closely with various stakeholders across sales, HR, marketing, compliance to ensure timely implantation of processes and strategies.

- Ensuring monitoring and reporting of various KPIs.

Leadership and Managerial.

- Leading large cross-location delivery teams headed by VPs.

- Grooming future leaders (VPs) and charting their long-term path within the service line.

- Mentoring and coaching VPs.

Technical Understanding:.

- Strong background and knowledge of finance, a deep understanding of market trends in financial services and a proven record of successfully managing financial product.

- Strong leadership and team building/management skills with the ability to set clear priorities, delegate, and deployment of resources.

- Experience working in a related field in asset management or investment banking or equivalent client base.

- Understanding of GCCs and outsourcing units/captives of International financial institutions operating in India.

Prerequisites:.

- Proven analytical ability to drive strategic decision-making and problem-solving.

- Excel at interpreting complex data, identifying key insights and applying critical thinking to achieve business results.

- Commitment and ownership.

- Strong grasp of various aspects of pre-sales and business development processes.

- Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task.

- Ability to meet client-driven deadlines (demanding hours requiring time management skills).

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience - 10+ years of relevant work experience.

Education: Any Graduate/CFA/ MBA (Finance).

Compensation - The compensation structure will be as per industry standards.
